Butt kicking Ass.

My ex-colleague once told me she used to be an A cup. After she was with her boyfriend of 4 years who "massaged" her mammaries diligently, she became a C cup. I still have not found that massage technique. 

My friend who said her ass used to be flat like a pancake. After being with a boyfriend for 4 years, the pounding of a certain mating position,  her ass started raising like a muffin.

Instead of waiting for such results to happen (seem to be in the fate of someone else helping you), take matters into your own hands in getting a hot ass.

My friend who is seriously into body building told me this IS THE BEST exercise for butts.
I didn't like that move. It made me feel like a dog peeing.
So this is what i do....

1) Run
Not only can you do it anywhere,it reduces stress, helps in weight loss, and makes you feel good. Plus, it really works your butt, especially when you add a few hills to your regular running route (Bukit Timah Hill, park behind Ang Mo Kio MRT are places you can find up slopes). Sprints are another option for folks wanting to both burn more calories and tighten up the tush. 

Your body only start losing calories after 15 minutes of exercising, so do run more than 15 minutes. I usually stop at 20. Hahahahaa....

2) Walk
Obviously you walk. But do you walk ENOUGH? If you don't like running, then make sure you walk more than anyone else does. When i am in Orchard, i usually walk from Dohby Gaut down to Far East. Many of my friends will rather take the bus/ train even if it's just one stop away.

3) Climb the Stairs
My office is 3 storeys, i live on the 9th. You need not do sets of climbing. But inculcate a habit that whenever there's a flight of stairs versus a lift or escalator, take the stairs. 

4) Lunges
20 times forward, 20 times backward daily. It's very quick, you can do it before you shower. The backward one especially is more effective. 

5) Butt Clench
This is one that you can do discreetly. In the MRT, during meetings. Just squeeze your butt tight. You know, like when you need to control a fart. Clench as many times as you can, whenever you're bored or waiting for someone. You've to do this standing though. 

Then again, a great looking ass could be because of good genes. There's nothing you can do!

never thought of that. I can do all day long while sitting hahaha...
