The Truth in the Bible.

My faith is blind. I was a born Christian and i didn't know what else to believe. I never explored, never seek, never asked. Not until i experienced Him and know He is real.

Men didn't believe the Bible, often struggling to make sense of the world. What the Bible told of the truth, men had to spend decades of efforts on research to come to an answer already told by the book. Job and Isaiah have the last laugh.

Note that the Bible was written some 3,500 years ago.

Until the 17th century, people believed the Earth was flat and according to Hindu beliefs, a tortoise held up the Earth.
What do the tortoise balance on then?
Or even Atlas balance on, if what the Greek mythology was true.

Isaiah 40:22 says "He sits enthroned above the circle of the Earth..."
Job 26:7 says "He who suspends the Earth on nothing..."
Christopher Columbus probably sparked off many other researches after traveling round the world but didn't fall off the face of Earth that was believed to be flat. However, there is one place that looked like the Earth is flat, except it isn't the entire world, but is just a mountain.
Mount Roraima
Science today, 3500 years after the Bible was written says that the Earth is round and it hangs on nothing.

Leviticus 17:11 says "Life of the flesh is in the blood"
But in ancient Greek times, men did not acknowledge the fact that the bloodstream is a flowing river to all the cells for nourishment and removal of acidic waste residues. On the contrary, they believed that if a person is sick, he must have too much blood and thus the treatment is to cut him and let him bleed.

Today, to cut and bleed is committing suicide. Today, we watch what we eat and drink, keeping our bloodstream a river of life.

Do you remember watching Chinese period dramas where in ancient times, people bathe in still water, even washing of hands?

With the hand foot mouth disease in 2008 and making a comeback last year, many nations embarked on a "Wash your hands under running water" for prevention.
By now, it shouldn't be a surprise to find that the wise advice was already foretold in the Bible.

Leviticus 15:13 says, "bathe his body in running water and he shall be clean."

Creation is made of invisible elements (Hebrews 11:3) which is atoms of our today, knowing air has weight (Job 28:25), that the ocean floor is not flat but with mountains and valleys (Jonah 2:6), that wind don't blow straight but in cyclones (Ecclesiastes 1:6), there is a wealth of truth in the Bible. Albert Einstein, a Jew, challenged the thought that light stays fixed in place. With his Theory of Special Relativity, he discovered that light moves but is constant. Since then, there has been astounding discoveries about the speed of light.

Job 38:19 hinted at this fact, Albert picked the clue.

The one that i liked most is the discovering of stars being innumerable and not 1,100. That each star is different (1 corinthians 15:41) and 3,500 years ago,
Jobs 38:7 says, "the morning stars sang."
Today, 2010, stars were found to vibrate "the starquake" causing eerie harmonic hums. Today, the tunes can be recorded and uploaded on social media, a singing Youtube star is found.
